Belgian nationality

Nationality forges a specific link between a person and a country. The Belgian Nationality Code (CNB/WBN) is the legal text governing the awarding, various ways of gaining, losing and regaining Belgian nationality. The Belgian authorities will always regard anyone with one or more nationalities in addition to Belgian citizenship as a Belgian.
