The Communication Directorate (COM) is responsible for our FPS’s internal and external communication. It ensures that clear, coherent and accessible information is disseminated regarding the organisation’s missions, priorities and activities. In doing so, COM addresses various target groups: citizens, the media, institutional partners, the academic community and its own staff.

COM supports the Directorates-General and the diplomatic and consular missions in the development and implementation of their communication activities. In addition, the Directorate promotes the FPS’s expertise, projects and achievements through various communication channels, such as websites, social media, institutional publications, awareness-raising campaigns and press relations.
