The Directorate-General ICT is responsible for digital services, support and innovation within the FPS. The Directorate develops and manages IT solutions that support the organisation’s operations. It oversees information security, knowledge management, reliable systems and modern digital processes. In addition, ICT helps the organisation to work more efficiently and with a focus on the future.
