The Special Evaluation Office is launching an open call for tender for the evaluation of the Belgian SRHR (sexual and reproductive health and rights) approach.
The evaluation aims to examine how SRHR interventions/programmes contribute to improving SRHR (access to services, knowledge, quality of care, contraceptive use,...) for different target groups in partner countries, with a particular focus on the She Decides programme.
The evaluation will analyse the levers and obstacles to achieving the objectives. It will look at local practices and cultural specificities affecting access to SRHR services. The evaluation will also focus on coherence and complementarity between actors (funded by Belgian cooperation) and with different partners.
