The Special Evaluation Office is launching an open call for tender for the evaluation of the coherence of Belgian policies for development.
Analyse the General Strategic Framework
The objective of this evaluation is to analyse to what extent the various Belgian policies are coherent with the goals and orientations of Belgian development cooperation.
The aim is also to analyse how development cooperation and foreign affairs policies coherently support the global agenda and the strategic interests of Belgium and its partner countries.
Analyse the Implementation Mechanisms of policy coherence for development
The objective is also to analyse how policy coherence for development is operationalized, including within the framework of a whole-of-government approach, in a Team Belgium dynamic—whether through the initially planned platforms or through all concrete initiatives that have taken place so far.
