Due to an overlap with an internal FPS event, we need to adjust our restitution meeting of the SRHR-evaluation. It will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (followed by a lunch), still in the Arenberg room and online. Doors will open from 8:00 a.m.

The Special Evaluation Office of the Belgian Development Cooperation is pleased to invite you to the restitution of the evaluation of the Belgian approach to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), which will take place on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 from 8.45 am to 12 pm in Room Arenberg (Egmont Palace, Petit Sablon 8bis, 1000 Brussels). A walking lunch is planned between 12 pm and 2 pm.
The evaluation focused on the Belgian approach to SRHR, an important priority within Belgian development cooperation. In-depth case studies were conducted in four countries: Benin, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda and Burkina Faso.
The independent evaluators (ADE-hera Consortium) will present the evaluation results. Time will also be set aside for discussion and exchange.
The objective of this evaluation is to draw lessons and formulate policy and operational recommendations for all Belgian actors working on SRHR, while refining and adapting the Belgian approach in this area.
The restitution meeting can be attended in person or online and will take place mainly in French and English. Participants will be able to speak in French, English or Dutch.
