Management of events and the Egmont Palace (P2)

Directorate P2 manages the Egmont Palace and the events organized within its conference center and its diplomatic salons. It is responsible for facility management, encompassing logistics and maintenance, as well as for the planning and coordination of events, including conferences, meetings, bilateral engagements, political consultations, luncheons, dinners, and official receptions.

At the level of the unit P0.0, the entity "Facility Management" is responsible for the management of the buildings of the Egmont Palace and the management of the "Autonomous Administrative Accounting Service" (SACA) Egmont.

At the level of the unit P0.0, the entity "Facility Management" is responsible for the management of the buildings of the Egmont Palace and the management of the "Autonomous Administrative Accounting Service" (SACA) Egmont.

With the income of the "SACA Egmont", the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs can finance certain expenses for the maintenance, renovation, technical modernization and restoration of the antique furniture and works of art in the Egmont Palace.
