P0.0 (Coordination and General Management)

Tasks

The Director of Protocol is assisted by the unit P0.0  (Coordination and General Management), which is responsible for the management support for the Protocol Directorate and which coordinates not only relations between the various departments of the Protocol and the other general or support Directorates within the FPS Foreign Affairs, but also between the Protocol and other public and private bodies.

This unit manages horizontal tasks, including the supervision of the financial management, human resources, IT projects, internal and external communication, quality control and makes sure that the incoming and outgoing communications (verbal notes, letters) are registrered and distributed as appropriate.
