This Protocol Guide contains practical information on all the issues covered by the Direction “Immunities and privileges” of the Protocol: the issuance of special identity cards, the immunities and (fiscal) privileges, the security of the missions’ buildings, the CD registration plates and driving licenses.

Matters pertaining to official visits, such as access to VIP rooms at the airport, are not dealt with in this Guide. Please refer to the Vade-mecum “Visits and ceremonial” about this topic.
